Dear future volunteer!

If you are thinking about to go abroad and do some volunteering, I just can say DO IT.

If you would like to get to know other cultures – do it

If you would like to see different landscapes – do it

If you would like to experience another standard of living – do it

If you would like to get to know yourself better – do it

If you would like to find out your personal physichal and mental limit – do it

If you would like to work with children and see there happy smile – do it

If you would like to give love and Kindness to other people/children – do it

If you would like to meet volunteers from all over the world with the same idea – do it

But be aware that not everything is easy going!!!

First of all it would be good to be an openmind person, but probably you are, otherwise you wouldn’t read these lines 😉

Don’t forget, that you are living in another country and a lot of things are managed in a very different way. Be it the way of fixing a car, cooking a meal, to drive from A to B, office appointments, medical treatments, handling sad destinies, raising their children and many more things.

Don’t try to understand all of these ways and manners – be patient – listen and look at them and try to accept them, even if it’s hard sometimes. But first of all enjoy it that you are in the lucky situation to get to know them.

Even if it requires a lot from you, these memories are YOURS – in 1 year and in 50 years and everything you learn about it can not be taken away from you by anybody.
